How do I request a refund for an existing order?Updated 2 years ago
To request a refund, please send us an email to [email protected] with your Order ID and a brief description of the reason you're requesting a refund.
Someone from our team will follow up as quickly as possible to help get this resolved.
Note that if your custom cans have already been sent to print, we will only be able to refund the cost of the beverages not yet delivered, and you will still be responsible for the design and print fee at a cost of $35 per design variant + $.035 / label.
Once refunds have been processed by our team, they will hit your account within 7-10 business days.
