How can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago
To cancel your order, please send us an email to [email protected] with your Order ID and a brief description of the reason you're requesting a cancellation and someone from our team will follow up as quickly as possible to help get this resolved.
Note that if your custom cans have already been sent to print, we will only be able to refund the cost of the beverages not yet delivered, and you will still be responsible for the design and print fee at a cost of $35 per design + $.035 / label.
If your order has already been produced and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
If a refund is processed by our team, the funds will hit your account within 7-10 business days.
